Registration forms

1. The course takes place over 2 weeks from Monday to Friday, from 8.45 am until 2 pm/ 3.45 pm (6 x 45 minute lessons or 8 x 45 minute lessons each day).

2. Each course has a maximum of 8 participants.

3. Withdrawal from the course is permitted only in writing and with a minimum of one week’s notice, otherwise the full course fee applies.

4. If the participant cannot take part in the course due to illness, and can provide a medical certificate, the course can be taken at a later date. Days missed due to absence once the course has started will not be compensated for.

5. 24 hour notice period applies for cancellation of one-to-one teaching appointments including Intensiv/ Crash PLUS lessons. Short notice cancellations will be charged at the full rate.

6. Die HAMBURG SCHOOL OF ENGLISH is not liable for participants’ property and valuables.

7. If sufficient registrations are not received, the HAMBURG SCHOOL OF ENGLISH reserves the right to cancel the course up to 3 working days before the start of the course.

1. The course takes place over 1 week from Monday to Friday, 10.30 am to 2.00 pm (4 x 45 minute lessons).

2. Each course has a maximum of 6 participants.

3. Withdrawal from the course is permitted only in writing and with a minimum of one week’s notice, otherwise the full course fee applies.

4. If the participant cannot take part in the course due to illness, and can provide a medical certificate, the course can be taken at a later date. Days missed due to absence once the course has started will not be compensated for.

5. If only one participant has registered for the course, the HAMBURG SCHOOL OF ENGLISH reserves the right to compact the course time to 8 x 45 minute single lessons in total. Participants will be informed if this is the case. The course fee remains the same.

6. The HAMBURG SCHOOL OF ENGLISH is not liable for participants’ property and valuables.

7. If sufficient registrations are not received, the HAMBURG SCHOOL OF ENGLISH reserves the right to cancel the course up to 3 working days before the start of the course.

3. Withdrawal from the course is permitted only in writing and with a minimum of one week’s notice, otherwise the full course fee applies.

4. If the participant cannot take part in an arranged lesson, the lesson must be cancelled by them with at least 24 hours notice. Lessons arranged for a Monday must be cancelled by Saturday 12 pm at the latest. Failure to do so will result in the full course fees being charged. This also applies to cancellations due to illness. Short notice cancellations will not be compensated for.

1. The course takes place from Friday 4 pm to 7.15 pm and Saturday 10 am to 1.15 pm.

2. The course has a maximum of 4 participants.
